Store Supervisor: Customer Champion & Team Leader

Bestway Group in Shaftesbury is looking for a confident Store Supervisor to lead a fast-paced retail team and deliver excellent customer service. You will ensure the store meets brand standards, train new team members and handle daily operations with a focus on customer experience.

The role requires strong communication, good organisation and the ability to multitask across varied duties. Flexibility to work early mornings and late evenings, seven days a week, is essential.
