Isle of Wight Automotive Service Advisor — Customer-Centric Role

Premier Motors in Newport, Isle of Wight, is seeking a full-time Service Advisor to join our Aftersales team. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers visiting for service or repair work across our Ford, MG, Peugeot and Van Centre workshops.

Responsibilities include managing workshop diaries, recording faults, liaising with technicians, processing payments and promoting services to support profitability while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
