Senior Tier 3 Service Desk Engineer (Team Lead)

ECS Computers Ltd in King’s Lynn is seeking a Tier 3 Engineer and service desk team lead to strengthen our IT team. You will provide hands-on technical support, mentor engineers, and help ensure SLAs are met while enhancing day-to-day operations.

The role covers cloud and on-prem systems including Azure, Entra ID, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, VMWare/Hyper-V, Exchange, and network services. Weekend on-call rotation and career development opportunities are included.
