Fleet Administrator: Vehicle Ordering & Supplier Relations

The Recruitment Duo is seeking a Fleet Administrator for an office-based role in Shirley Solihull. You will support purchasing, supplier management and contract administration across the vehicle lifecycle and fleet services, aiming for best value and compliant processes.

Daily tasks include vehicle ordering, updating delivery timelines, managing discounts, and maintaining relations with manufacturers and dealers. Strong CRM/Excel use is expected; the role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
