Heat Pump Installations Lead – Lead Teams, Grow Training

Aira is seeking an experienced Heat Pump Installer to join as Installation Team Leader. You will ensure high-quality heat pump installations are delivered safely and efficiently while leading your team to provide outstanding customer service every day.

The role blends on-site installation work with office-based planning. You will use software such as Excel, PowerPoint, Heat Engineer, HubSpot, Outlook and Teams, and you’ll train technicians at the Aira Academy.
