Team Leader – Elevate Customer Service & Sales

Hobbycraft in Coventry is seeking a Team Leader to support the Store Manager with daily store operations and to lead the team in the manager’s absence. You will deliver excellent customer service to encourage repeat visits and drive sales, while upholding brand values in a fast-paced environment.

The role is 27 hours per week with a pay rate of £13.74 per hour, offering a supportive, inclusive team and opportunities for growth within Hobbycraft.
