Cleaning Manager – Lead, Schedule & Develop Teams

OCS UK & Ireland is hiring a Cleaning Manager to lead our cleaning team at a large retail site. You will supervise cleaning of floors, washrooms and communal areas and ensure service excellence.

You will manage staff rotas, holidays, site audits and recruitment while identifying training needs and maintaining records of on-site training. You will monitor products and stock within budget and support investigations as required.
