Planning Officer — Regeneration & Development (Hybrid)

Wirral Council is seeking a Planning Officer to determine planning applications and handle pre- and post-application matters, applying policy guidance to proposed developments with supervision. The role offers opportunities to work on major regeneration schemes.

You will undertake site inspections, liaise with various council sections and outside bodies, and prepare written evidence for appeals when required. It may involve travel around the borough for site visits.
