Health & Safety Training & Compliance Lead

SourceCo is seeking a Training, Compliance & Safety Officer to oversee safety, compliance and employee development in Hampshire. The role combines training delivery, auditing and continuous improvement in a fast-paced production environment.

You will drive safety culture, ensure training records are up-to-date and collaborate with site management on improvements. Requirements include an IOSH qualification, experience delivering workplace training and strong knowledge of safety legislation.
