Part-Time Banking Customer Experience Advisor (Middlesbrough)

Santander is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor for Middlesbrough branch on a 28-hour week rota, Monday to Saturday, 8am–6pm. This 12-month fixed-term contract role focuses on customer service across in-branch, telephony and digital touchpoints.

You will help customers with transactions, technology use, fraud prevention, and ongoing service improvements while growing knowledge of Santander products and services.
