Voids Repair Team Lead – Field Supervisor (East Midlands)

emh is seeking a skilled Void Supervisor to lead a team of multi-trade operatives and contractors. You will schedule repairs across the East Midlands using NHF rates, ensuring high-quality void repairs and value for money.

The role is home-based with regular travel to sites, plus attendance at the Coalville head office when required. You will manage performance, maintain cost efficiency, and work with stakeholders across Housing and Customer Service teams to deliver excellent service.
