Environment Admin & Customer Service Specialist

Basingstoke & Deane Borough Council’s Environment Team is seeking an experienced administrator to provide efficient support across Grounds Maintenance, Street Cleansing, Sports Maintenance, and Play Areas, with a focus on Allotment and Cemetery services.

Based at Wade Road Depot, you will undertake duties including responding to inquiries, allotment and cemetery admin, and ensuring health and safety compliance. This varied, customer-focused role requires a proactive team player.
