Facilities & Building Services Manager – Gym & Estates

Nuffield Health is seeking a Building Services Manager for our Guildford gym. You will oversee the whole site from building shell to grounds and manage maintenance tasks across pools, plant, HVAC, and utilities.

The role requires an electrical qualification and strong knowledge of Building Management systems. You will lead by example, drive a proactive maintenance programme, and ensure compliance with safety and CAFM procedures.
