Hospitality Shift Lead — Guest Experience & Team Growth

Ottolenghi Edinburgh is seeking a dedicated supervisory leader to manage shifts and ensure exceptional guest experiences at our new Scotland restaurant. You will guide front-of-house staff, oversee onboarding, and work with the Back of House to maintain high standards.
