Pub & Grill Shift Leader

Village Hotels – Leeds North – Pub & Grill is seeking a Pub and Grill Team Leader. You’ll be the operational right hand to the Manager, leading the shift and driving pre-shift briefings, while flexing across all F&B areas to support your team and protect hospitality standards and commercial targets.

You’ll champion our social media, coach on the floor, manage stock to par levels, and help drive gross profit while keeping guest experience front and centre.
