The role involves shaping commercially viable propositions, balancing user needs with costed, deliverable outcomes, and collaborating with bid directors and finance teams.

You will travel weekly to Serco sites while working from home, contributing to risk planning, write-ups, and transition handovers as bids progress toward award and implementation.
