Job Description:
OA are recruiting a Customer Service Manager in Elstree to lead client-facing operations for salons, spas and clinics. You will oversee onboarding, training, account development and retention, collaborating with Sales, Training, Technical Support, Marketing, Operations and Quality to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
The role is office-based, Monday–Friday, 9am-5:30pm, with occasional travel to customers.
