Senior Customer Service & Order Management Lead

Teledyne Chelmsford is seeking a Senior Customer Service/Order Management professional to support the Customer Services Manager across the business, ensuring quick order processing and first-class service, and to ensure orders are booked promptly in collaboration with the Sales team.

You will build strong relationships with Teledyne e2v external customers, coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, Credit Control, Trade Compliance and Logistics, and drive improvements to the customer experience.
