About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for one qualified permanent Social Worker to join us within the Continuing Healthcare team.

The successful candidates will work in partnership with Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Integrated Care Board (ICB) and determine individuals eligibility for NHS Continuing Healthcare through joint completion of the NHS Continuing Healthcare process.
