Steadman Hub are working exclusively with a major HubSpot partner who are looking to hire a Junior HubSpot Consultant to join their implementation team. They’re known for HubSpot implementations, onboarding, and ongoing optimisation for a broad portfolio of clients, and they’re looking for a consultant with partner experience to support delivery.
As Junior HubSpot Consultant, you’ll support the delivery of HubSpot implementations and onboarding projects, working closely with senior consultants to configure the platform to each client’s needs. You’ll get hands-on exposure across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hub, building your technical expertise while playing an active role in client-facing delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and configuration of HubSpot, including properties, pipelines, and workflows – across Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs
- Assist with onboarding new clients onto the platform, ensuring a smooth and well-documented setup
- Build reports, dashboards, and automations under the guidance of senior consultants
- Provide day-to-day platform support and troubleshooting for client issues
Experience and Qualifications
- Previous experience working within a HubSpot partner or implementation agency environment is essential – no budging on that requirement.
- Hands-on experience configuring HubSpot, ideally across multiple Hubs
- Strong communication skills, comfortable working directly with clients
- HubSpot certifications desirable
