Because our work continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Window & Door Fabricator to join our close-knit production team on a permanent, full-time basis.
The Role
As our Window & Door Fabricator, you’ll be a vital part of our workshop, helping turn high-grade raw materials into precision-engineered uPVC and aluminium products.
Your day-to-day will involve:
- Manufacturing uPVC and aluminium windows and doors to exacting standards.
- Reading and working accurately from detailed production drawings.
- Operating fabrication machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
- Carrying out quality checks throughout the production process to ensure flawless finishes.
- Working side-by-side with a reliable, friendly, and supportive workshop team.
- Taking genuine pride in producing products our customers will enjoy for decades to come.
What We’re Looking For
We believe skills can be sharpened, but a good work ethic is built-in. Ideally, you’ll bring:
- Experience: Previous uPVC and/or aluminium window and door fabrication experience.
- Eye for Detail: Precision matters to us, you care about the small details.
- Work Ethic: Honest, reliable, punctual, and ready to roll up your sleeves.
- Team Spirit: A positive attitude and the ability to work well alongside others.
- Pride: A strong personal commitment to quality over speed or shortcuts.
