HR Systems / HiBob Specialist – 1–2 Week Assignment | Waterloo
£18-22 per hour
Are you an experienced HR professional with hands-on experience using HiBob (Bob)?
Our client, a small but highly successful consultancy based in Waterloo, is urgently looking for someone to support the implementation of their new HR database.
You’ll be responsible for inputting and configuring employee data within HiBob, helping to ensure the system is set up accurately and ready for use across the business.
This is not a highly technical role. We’re looking for someone with a good working knowledge of HiBob, excellent attention to detail and the confidence to work independently.
The assignment:
- HiBob implementation and setup
- Inputting and checking employee data
- Supporting configuration for the business
- Ensuring information is accurate and complete
- Troubleshooting straightforward queries as they arise
You’ll need:
- Previous experience using HiBob
- HR experience and a good understanding of HR data
- Excellent attention to detail
- A methodical and organised approach
- Availability to start urgently
Duration: 1–2 weeks maximum
Location: Waterloo – office based
Start: ASAP
