Quality Controller

We are looking for an experienced Quality Controller to join our team in Pershore.
As a Quality Controller, you will play an important role in ensuring that our products meet the required quality standards throughout the intake, warehouse and dispatch processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Checking the quality of incoming fresh produce
- Carrying out regular warehouse quality checks
- Monitoring product quality and reporting any issues
- Completing box counts and checking quantities
- Supporting the dispatch process
- Ensuring quality and food safety standards are maintained
- Communicating any quality concerns to the relevant members of the team
About You
We are looking for someone who is reliable, organised and has a keen eye for detail.
You should have:
- Previous Quality Control experience
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- A strong attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in fresh produce Quality Control is highly desirable
- A HACCP qualification would be an advantage
Working Hours
The role is based on a Tuesday to Saturday working pattern:
- Tuesday to Friday: 9:00am until approximately 5:00pm–7:00pm
- Saturday: 7:00am until approximately 3:00pm–4:00pm
Flexibility is required depending on operational requirements.

Experience
- Quality Control: 1 year preferred
- Fresh Produce Quality Control: 1 year required
Applicants must be able to reliably commute to Pershore or be willing to relocate before starting the role.
