About therole
As a Shift Engineer, you’ll playa vital role in keeping our production lines running safely,efficiently and reliably. Working closely with Operations andEngineering teams, you’ll use your technical expertise to reducedowntime, improve equipment performance and drive ContinuousImprovement across your designated area.
You’ll takeownership of both planned and reactive maintenance activities,using lean manufacturing tools and root cause analysis techniquesto identify issues and implement sustainable solutions. Acting as aSubject Matter Expert in Intersnack Working Systems (IWS) andProgressive Maintenance (PM), you’ll also coach and developEquipment Owners, helping to build engineering capability acrossthe site.
