Antenatal Clinic Team Leader Midwife

The University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Antenatal Clinic Team Leader to join the maternity service in Brighton. Based in the Antenatal Clinic, the role combines clinical leadership with day-to-day operational management to deliver safe, evidence-based care for women and families.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, collaborate with obstetric, neonatal and community colleagues, drive quality improvement and support staff development.
