Residential Site Manager | Peterborough | £50k-£55k

Gap Technical Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager for residential developments near Peterborough. You will oversee day-to-day delivery, coordinate subcontractors and trades, and ensure works meet drawings, specifications and quality standards.

Key responsibilities include managing schedules, maintaining health & safety on site, supervising subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. A strong Housing/building process knowledge and SMSTS are preferred.
