Head of AI & Enterprise Innovation

Northern Trust is seeking an ECM Head of Innovation to lead design and execution of AI-enabled change programs across enterprise Change Management Office. You will shape AI copilots, data-driven workflows, and adoption strategies with end-to-end accountability.

You will partner with architecture, engineering, and business leadership to create scalable, compliant innovation roadmaps, while embedding governance, risk controls, and measurable business value across ECM and NT.
