Lead Engineer: AI-First Systems & Solutions

Reed is partnering with a major UK organisation to build a new AI-enabled engineering function. We are seeking a Lead Engineer who will stay hands-on while guiding technical direction across delivery teams and shaping engineering standards in an AI-native environment.

You’ll collaborate with Product Managers, Architects and stakeholders to translate complex challenges into scalable, maintainable solutions, ensuring quality and delivery predictability throughout the lifecycle.
