Property Litigation Solicitor – 3 Years PQE

Location: Central LondonSalary: Competitive, dependent on experiencePQE: 3 Years PQE+

Salary £70,000 to £95,000k plus benefitsWorking Type: Office-based / Hybrid

This Legal 500 are an award-winning law firm based in the heart of Central London’s legal district, conveniently located close to the Inns of Court, in the West End Central London.

Due to continued growth, the firm is urgently seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor with around 3 years’ PQE, or a Fellow of CILEX, to join its busy property litigation department.

The Role

The successful candidate will support the existing property litigation team while also taking responsibility for and developing their own caseload.

You will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of property litigation matters and play an active role within an established and busy department.

Key Experience

The ideal candidate will have experience in:

  • Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 lease litigation
  • Dilapidations
  • Residential tenancy litigation
  • Neighbour and land ownership disputes
  • Enfranchisement applications
  • First-tier Tribunal proceedings

About You

We are looking for a candidate who:

  • Has approximately 3 years’ PQE in property litigation, or is a Fellow of CILEX
  • Is a strong team player
  • Has excellent file management skills and understands the importance of good file hygiene
  • Is commercially minded and actively involved in business development
  • Has a strong track record of billing and cost recovery
  • Can manage their own caseload effectively
  • Is confident working as part of a busy property litigation team
