Derby Principal Civil/Structural Engineer – Lead & Build

BakerHicks is seeking a Principal Civil or Structural Engineer to establish and grow the Derby Civil & Structural capability. You will lead technically challenging projects, act as a technical lead, and mentor the team while collaborating with the wider BakerHicks group across multidisciplinary projects.

The role requires Chartered status with a strong background in design consultancy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence project delivery and team development in Derby.
