Global Reward Data Analyst

Frazer Jones is recruiting a Reward Associate in London for a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will support the delivery of salary and bonus reviews, perform compensation analysis, and benchmark pay across international locations with a data-driven approach.

The role reports to the Compensation Lead, involves data governance, market data maintenance and governance, and could develop into a longer-term opportunity within a growing function.
