Inbound First Line Manager | Lead UK Team in Rugby

Rapier Employment Limited is seeking an experienced Inbound First Line Manager for our Rugby, CV23 site. The role oversees the UK inbound team of four planners, two operations staff and five admins, working with another manager to drive planning and staff development.

The position is full-time with a Monday–Friday, 37.5-hour week across shifts and a salary of £34,500 per annum. The candidate will lead and manage the UK inbound team in a fast-paced environment.
