Rail Design Delivery Lead – Cardiff Crossrail

Amey is seeking a Design Delivery Project Manager to join our Rail Design team in Cardiff. This permanent role supports the Cardiff Crossrail project, coordinating multidisciplinary design outputs under NEC4 and managing interfaces, programme, and budget.

The role is based mainly in Cardiff with 2–3 days on site weekly, plus occasional site visits. You will lead client and supplier engagement, drive NEC4 compliance, and mentor the design team.
