Family Inclusion & Community Liaison Officer

The Bishop Fraser Trust seeks a Trust Family Inclusion Officer to strengthen relationships between families, schools, young people and the wider community. You will work across the Trust to help children access support, resources and opportunities to overcome barriers to attendance and learning.

The role focuses on tracking, reporting and informing strategy through data and casework, ensuring timely interventions and collaboration with school staff and services.
