Micheldever Tyre Services is looking for a proactive Credit Controlleron 6 months contract to join our busy Finance Office, carrying out maintenance and cash management of all customers assigned to you. Chasing customers for payments and invoicesin a timely manner. Proactively monitoring failed payments: carrying out credit control, sending payment reminders, and following up on overdue accounts.
- Location:Southam
- Working Pattern: Rotational shift pattern of Wedendesday to Friday0830-1630 week 1 & 0900-1700 week 2
- Hybrid:1 Day in the office a week Wednesday (additional days in the office will be required during training period), Thursday and Friday from home

About the role
- Chasing customers for payments and remittance advices
- Allocation of payments onto computer systems
- Monitoring of failed payments
- Processing of collection notes
- Ensure excellent communication and relationships are maintained with other departments
- Preparation of aged debt reports and stop lists as require
- Ensure that company policy and procedures are adhered to
- Deal with any general enquiries and information is accurately communicated to the customer
- Act in a responsible and profesional manner at all time ad be an active team player commited to achieving success
- Comply with all company/customer Health and Safety procedures and following all necessary practices
About you:
- Demonstrable experience of debt collection
- Experience of working in a fast paced environment
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages
- Ability to build positive working relationships
