Women Recovery Coordinator – Trauma-Informed Support Lead (London)

Waythrough in London is seeking a Recovery Coordinator to support women entering the service, including those facing homelessness, rough sleeping, alcohol or substance use and complex needs. You will assess, plan and coordinate recovery pathways with individuals, colleagues and external agencies to promote stability and wellbeing.

The role requires compassionate engagement, strong communication and the ability to run group activities in a trauma-informed, non-judgemental way.
