Trauma-Informed Youth Outreach Advocate

Ealing Council is recruiting two Harm Reduction Youth Outreach Officers on a full-time, two-year fixed term. The roles involve working face-to-face with vulnerable young people in schools, communities and youth settings as part of a Violence Reduction Unit funded project.

You will build trusted relationships, conduct risk assessments, and collaborate with Integrated Youth Service and Social Care. A DBS check is required. Right to work in the UK is required.
