Clinical Pharmacist (Bank) – Flexible Hours at Private Hospital

Circle Health Group seeks a Clinical Pharmacist to join Lincoln Private Hospital on a bank basis. You will cover shifts as needed, conduct inpatient and outpatient medication reviews, and provide patient counselling on treatment plans, side effects and adherence.

You’ll support safe prescribing through reconciliation and dose adjustments, while ensuring formulary compliance and regulatory standards. The role requires GPhC registration, hospital pharmacy experience, and strong communication.
