Senior Manufacturing Engineer: Production & Automation Lead

Intellectual Capital Resources Ltd in Oxford is seeking a Lead Manufacturing Engineer to drive the transition from prototype to scalable production across advanced manufacturing domains.

You’ll own manufacturing processes, tooling, automation, and test programs, working closely with mechanical, electrical and thermal teams and external suppliers.

This hands-on role requires 5+ years in advanced manufacturing and a track record delivering concept-to-operation, with a strong DfM/DfA focus.
