Internal Sales Executive – Equipment Hire (Uncapped Bonus)

Pier (UK) Ltd is seeking an Internal Sales Executive to drive new business and manage existing accounts from our UK offices. This desk-based role focuses on converting inbound enquiries to hires, outbound prospecting, and negotiating quotations to maximise profitability.

You will collaborate with operations and transport to correctly match units to jobs, maintain accurate CRM data and build strong relationships with contractors and site managers.
