Compliance & Safety Officer (Housing & Assets)

Watmos is seeking a Compliance Officer to support landlord compliance activities across safety programmes, including fire, asbestos, water, lift, electrical and gas safety. You will work with the Asset Compliance Manager to ensure regulatory and non-statutory requirements are met and information is accurately maintained.

The role emphasises strong organisational skills, IT proficiency, and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels within the organisation.
