Hybrid Tech Recruitment Consultant – 360 Desk, US Growth

Octagon Group in Ampthill is looking for an experienced Technical Recruitment Consultant to join on a permanent, full-time basis. This hybrid role is based in Ampthill with 3 days onsite and flexible hours (10:30am – 7pm) to accommodate time zones, plus international travel to the U.S.

2-3 times per year. You’ll manage a 360 recruitment desk, building relationships and placing high-value permanent candidates.
