Luddon Construction Ltd is actively seeking a Civil Engineering Site Agent to lead on-site delivery across civil projects in the Water Sector across Lancashire & Cumbria. You will plan, coordinate, and manage labour, plant, subcontractors, and materials to ensure works are delivered on time, to budget and to specification.

You will lead site teams with a strong focus on health, safety, and environmental standards, maintain high client liaison, and drive continuous improvement.
