Bodyshop Customer Experience Specialist (Autoflow/Audatex)

System Recruitment Limited is assisting an award-winning, BSI Accredited accident repair centre in Birmingham to recruit a skilled Customer Service Advisor.

You will manage the end-to-end customer journey in a busy bodyshop, use Autoflow and Audatex for progress, estimates and invoicing, and act as the main liaison with the workshop team. Hours: 8am-4pm Mon-Fri; Saturdays on rota. Tyseley location.
