Vehicle Service Advisor – Customer Experience Champion

Arnold Clark in Stoke-on-Trent is recruiting a Service Advisor to deliver a fantastic experience for service and vehicle repair customers. We are looking for a warm, articulate communicator who can give our customers star treatment on busy Mondays or Fridays.

This customer-facing role suits someone with prior customer service experience who enjoys exceeding expectations and creating positive outcomes. Hours are full-time, Monday to Friday 8am–5.30pm with alternate Saturdays 8am–12pm.
