Apprentice Pastoral and Administrator Support at E-ACT Heartlands Academy provides administrative support to the pastoral team, manages attendance and welfare records, and assists with student interventions. The role promotes positive behaviour, wellbeing and engagement in learning, while building strong relationships with students, families and staff.
