We are looking for a motivated and well-organized individual to assist our dynamic team in delivering outstanding support to our Dutch-speaking clients. Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support by managing documents and processing data efficiently
- Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Assist in maintaining and updating client records and databases accurately
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth operations and effective problem resolution
- Contribute to continuous improvement processes by suggesting enhancements to workflows
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and practices
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch is a must; English proficiency is highly desirable
