Responsibilities

• Manage co-ownership and neighbour disputes (rights of way, adverse possession, harassment, boundary issues)
• Handle lease and tenancy matters and commercial rent recovery
• Oversee enforcement of charges and possession claims
• Advise on professional negligence disputes and historic title rectification
• Supervise junior lawyers, trainees, and a large paralegal team
• Provide regular client contact and maintain strong client relationships
• Contribute to day-to-day running of the team and support a high-volume tenancy management workflow
• Operate with autonomy and collaborate with Partners and senior lawyers

Key requirements

• Solid background in Property Litigation
• Experience at a regional or national firm preferred
• Ability to manage a mixed caseload independently
