Netsuite Solutions Architect

Overview

As a Netsuite Solutions Architect, you will own design and delivery of NetSuite OneWorld-based finance solutions in global, complex environments. You will partner with cross-functional teams and third-party developers to implement Order-to-Cash and related processes, migrating legacy data and aligning with ERP strategies. You will drive improvements, oversee UAT, and enable post-go-live support while ensuring compliant, scalable architectures. This role offers the chance to shape multinational finance platforms and work in a dynamic, client-facing setting. Your expertise will help standardize and optimize financial operations across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Own the design of NetSuite OneWorld solutions and coordinate with third-party developers
• Lead data migration activities ensuring legacy data is correctly transitioned
• Provide initial user support post go-live and train the BAU support team
• Support UAT phases and update deployment documentation and test environments
• Enhance solution design for current scope and future acquisitions
• Review existing NetSuite architecture and customisations
• Translate business requirements into effective system solutions
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and reporting
• Work on global multi-country NetSuite deployments and Order-to-Cash functionality for schools

Key requirements

• Extensive NetSuite OneWorld and NetSuite Financials knowledge
• Degree in Computer Science and TOGAF or equivalent certifications
• 5+ years as a solutions architect and 5+ years in systems implementation
• Experience with complex, multi-country ERP deployments and brown-field projects
• Proven ability to capture requirements, design solutions, and manage deliverables
• Experience integrating Finance packages with CRM/eCommerce
• PM methodologies knowledge (Prince2, PMP, MSP, Agile)
• Advanced MS Office (Excel) skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; English as primary language
• Willingness to travel globally
