Responsibilities
- Manage project documents within electronic document management systems (EDMS) ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Review document formatting, coding, revision control and approval requirements
- Distribute documentation for review, approval and information to project stakeholders
- Produce document status reports and maintain document numbering, archiving and retention processes
- Support project handover activities and promote governance, quality and information management standards
Key requirements
- Previous experience in a Document Controller or similar document management role
- Experience using Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
- Strong organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Knowledge of document control, information management and quality processes
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing documentation throughout a project lifecycle
